摘要:
LetMbe a minimal surfaceGbe its Gauss map, andbe aC1-mapping. When the first derivatives ofFare close to those ofGso as to satisfy some inequalities with a constantC, we prove thatFis 1/(1-2C)-quasiconformal. We also prove that the Gauss map of a 2-dimensional manifold immersed inis quasiconformal when its mean curvature vectorHsatisfies |H|2≤-CRfor the Gaussian curvatureR.

摘要:
We state and prove several results on the shadowing of a subsequence of a computable orbit of a discrete dynamical system by computable orbits of other discrete dynamical systems. We define ε-shadowing and asymptotic ε-shadowing. By shadowing part of an orbit of a dynamical system by a second orbit of a different dynamical system we have removed the usual emphasis on phase. Our results compare sub-sequences of computable orbits that converge linearly to an algebraic number to computable orbits of Newton's and other methods which converge to the same algebraic number with orders of convergence greater than one. We study algebraic numbers and show relations between global complex analysis and number theory.
