Hogan and Associates provides legal counsel to People, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides services to people with disabling conditions in seven counties in western New York. Headquartered in Williamsville, a suburb of Buffalo, People, Inc. has 1,200 employees and a $35 million annual budget. The organization began implementing Policy Governance a year and a half ago.
