摘要:
Summary.In 1979 the British Committee for Standardization in Haematology published a draft protocol for assigning values to quality control materials used with automated blood counters. Work to test the draft protocol and refine the methodology is described in this paper. The protocol which was finally adopted was capable of very precisely assigning values to quality control materials.

Summary.A commercial quality control reagent suitable for use with a multiparameter haematological analyser (Coulter Counter Model S Plus Phase I, Coulter Electronics Ltd, Luton, England) has been assessed in routine use for a 3 year period. Summary.A rapid and simple immunochemical method for fibrinogen determination is described. The method is based on measuring the turbidity caused by antigen‐antibody complexes with an enzyme analyser using diluted antiserum as a starting reagent.
