The importance of incorporation, the use of a board of trustees, and obtaining the proper tax exemption status are described from an attorney's vantage point, with the pro's and con's discussed and defined in layman's terms. This is a report of a mobile medical care unit housed in a Winnebago camper model that goes out into the community, fully staffed and equipped for action.
