The syntheses of 2‐13C and 3‐13C indoles and indolizines and 1‐13C indolizine are described. They are obtained from 1‐13C bromoacetaldehyde on (2‐pyridyl) ethylacetate for 2‐13C indolizine, and through cyclisations of suitably labelled intermediates:o‐formotoluidide for 2‐13C indole, o,β‐dinitrostyrene for 3‐13C indole, and 3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1 propanol for 3‐13C and for 1‐13C indolizines. AbstractDie Synthese von14C‐Ring‐markiertem 8‐Methoxypsoralen (MELADININE) wird beschrieben. Auf die säulenchromatographische Reinigung der einzelnen Produkte sowie auf die radiodünnschichtchromatographische Reinheit und Identitätskontrolle besonders des Endproduktes wird eingegangen. Ausgehend von (2‐14C)‐Chloressigsäure und Pyrogallol werden 860 mg (4 mMol) (2′‐14C)‐8‐Methoxypsoralen mit einer spezifischen Radioaktivität von 1,3 mCi/mMol, [6,0 μCi/mg; 2,2 × 105Bq/mg] in einer 8‐Stufen‐Synthese hergestellt.
