摘要:
Investigation of the thermoluminescence of Sr++doped NaCl phosphors indicate that a glow peak at 410 K has marked dependence on the thermal and mechanical teratments as well as on the concentration of the dopant. The results obtained are explained on the basis of the elastic interaction of the dipoles with the generated dislocation.

摘要:
For the first time the process of primary radiation defect migration in GaAs at T = 300 K was detected using a direct experimental technique. The maximum value of the migration activation energy Em≈ 0.34 eV was determined.

摘要:
Boron bulk doped p-type (111) silicon thin wafers or different resistivities (1 − 100 ohm-cm ± 20%) have been analysed for boron using cellulose nitrate- Daicel and red dyed LR-115 tvpe II films as detectors of alpha particles from 10B(n,α)7Li reaction. The two detectors measure the same value of boron (∼0.1 ppm) in 1 ohm-cm silicon samples and agree closely with the four-point probe electrical resistivity measurement results whereas large discrepancies are observed in case of samples with resistivity >1 ohm-cm (B concent rat ion <0.1ppm) between the electrical measurements and the results obtained from the present technique. Also the results shown by the two types of detectors differ very much in case of samples with resistlvity>1 ohm-cm.

摘要:
A reinvestigation of the radiolytic behaviour of aqueous solutions of Ce(III)-EDTA (in alkaline medium) has revealed several new features. Earlier mechanism involving OH radicals and molecular hydrogen peroxide is modified regarding the role of the latter and is found to be more consistent with the results. Scavenger studies lend further support to the proposed mechanism of radiolytic degradation.

摘要:
Growth of the V4centers during and after pulsed electron irradiation of KBr was measured between 77K and 200K. It is found that the growth during pulsed irradiation is clearly different from that due to the thermal motion of the H centers. Critical discussions on the mechanism of the interstitial interaction in the primary step of the Frenkel-pair creation were made.

摘要:
Previously obtained results of measurements of the radiation damage rate in metals as a function of the irradiation temperature are analysed. It is found that the effective migration energy of self-interstitials is linearly decreasing with decreasing irradiation temperature i.e. with increasing concentration of defects. It results from the analysis that i) the recombination volume must be as large as 105atomic volumes and that ii) the migration energy of defects is slightly decreased during an irradiation with high energy particles.
