摘要:
A single crystal of molybdenum, irradiated at 100°C by fast neutrons to a fluence of 6.5 × 1019neutrons/cm2was examined by the positron annihilation lifetime technique. The results of the experiment imply that this molydbenum specimen contains: (a) small defects such as vacancies and divacancies, and loops; (b) larger vacancy clusters of average size about twelve vacancies; and surprisingly (c) relatively few vacancy clusters of intermediate size.

摘要:
A new empirical formula for the sputtering yield at the normal incidence has been proposed. It is found that the new empirical formula can predict well the energy-dependence of the sputtering yield for various ion-target combinations. Another interesting conclusion is that one of the adjustable parameters of the new formula shows the Z2-oscillation.

摘要:
Preliminary results of radiation damage simulations in rutile, TiO2, are presented. Apart from the strong anisotropy of threshold energy with impulse direction, it has been found that there is a very low threshold energy for oxygen displacement in the basal plane along some <100> directions, of about 10 eV. The defect structures are not simple, with three-ion crowdions and interstitial-divacancy complexes being favoured over interstitials and vacancies.

摘要:
The protective capacity of Vitamins such as Niacinamide, Riboflavine, Vitamin K, Thiamine and Cyano-cobalamine; the coenzymes NAD and FAD, the electron carrier Cytochrome c and mixtures of these compounds in a molar concentration range between 10−6M and 10−4M were studied on gamma irradiated rabbit red blood cells. The dose relative factor (DRF 37) was evaluated by visible absorbancy measurements of the liberated Hemoglobin Some of the best DRF 37 obtained were: Cytochromec 4,7; Riboflavine: 4,0; Cyanocobalamine: 3,6; Thiamine: 3,5; Vitamin K : 2,6; Niacinamide: 2,0.
