Abstract16 spezifisch deuteriummarkierte Bi‐ und Terphenyle wurden dargestellt. Die totaldeuterierten Verbindungen wurden durch Pt‐katalysierten Isotopenaustausch mit Schwerwasser bei Temperaturen über 200 °C erhalten. Auch die bei tieferen Temperaturen verlaufende Teildeuterierung sowie intra‐ und intermolekulare Isomerisierungen verlaufen unspezifisch. AbstractEs ist der Chloraustausch zwischen Hexachlorpropen und Aluminiumchlorid‐[36Cl] untersucht worden. Austausch ist in 1‐, 2‐und in 3‐Stellung am Chlorolefin möglich, entscheidend sind die Reaktionsbedingungen1) In Methylenchlorid trilt in homogener Lösung der Austausch in 1‐ und in 3‐Stellung ein. Diese Reaktion verläuft nach einem Carbeniummechanismus, der näher diskutiert wird. In Übereinstimmung mit den gebrachten Vorstellungen wird der Austausch durch Elektronendonatoren behindert. Erste Untersuchungen hierzu mit Furan, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan und Tetrahydropyran werden mitgeteilt. Die energetische Bevorzugung des Carbeniumions zeigt sich auch im Massenspektrum.2) Am festen Aluminiumchloridkristall wird auch das Chlor am Kohlenstoffatom 2 des Chlorolefins ausgetauscht.Bei markierten Hexachlorpropenen wird die Stellung des36Cl durch Überführung des Chlorolefins‐[36Cl] in Trichloracrylsäure‐[36Cl] festgelegt.Der Versuchsteil enthält Angaben zur Herstellung von AlCl3‐[36Cl], Hexachlorpropen‐[36Cl], Trichloracrylsäure‐[36Cl]. AbstractA procedure for the chemical synthesis of the following labelled phosphodiesters : L‐14C‐serine ethanolamine phosphate, L‐serine14C‐ethanolamine phosphate, L‐3H‐serine14C‐ethanolamine phosphate, L‐14C‐threonine ethanolamine phosphate, L‐threonine14C‐ethanolamine phosphate, L‐14C‐serine L‐14C‐serine phosphate and L‐14C‐threonine L‐14C‐threonine phosphate is reported. The variously labelled forms of these phosphodiesters have been synthesized and purified by a route and a procedure leading to unequivocal structures for the products. AbstractN‐ (mercaptomethyl) ‐phthalimide‐carbonyl‐14C‐S‐ (O,O‐Dimethylphosphorodithioate) has been synthesized. The starting material was carboxyl labelled o‐toluic acid which was oxidized to o‐phthalic acid. Phthalimide (carbonyl‐14C) was prepared from o‐phthalic acid by subliming the ammonium salt of the acid.
