AbstractA method is presented for preparation of L‐xyloascorbic‐4‐3H acid 9.5μC/mg by the exchange of 8 M dipotassium ascorbate in tritiumlabeled water by heating 20 hours at 100°C The data confirms the assumptions of Brenner (8), that alkaline isomerization of ascorbic acid proceeds through a carbanion on carbon‐4. 摘要:
AbstractSome local anaesthetics and amino acids were labelled with tritium by the microwave discharge modification of the Wilzbach technique.The following substances were investigated: local anaesthetics: carbocaine, citanest, l‐cocaine, tetracaine and xylocaine; amino acids: glycine, DL‐α‐alanine, DL‐Leucine, DL‐phenylalanine and DL‐tryptophane.The range of microwave energy used was 4,000 to 270,000 Wsec. The range of specific activities obtained was from 0.2 to 29.4 mC/mM; and for the most used substance, DL‐leucine, from 0.4 to 27.2 mC/mM.The effects of some reaction parameters on the labelling were investigated. 摘要:
AbstractIn früheren Versuchen wurde der mikrobielle Abbau von Substituenten des aromatischen Ringes von phenolischen Ligninspaltstücken und von Lignin selbst untersucht; hierzu wurden die Substituenten durch14C markiert. Um den Abbau dieser Substituenten mit dem des aromatischen Rings vergleichen zu können, war es notwendig, den Benzolring durch14C zu markieren. Die synthetisierten phenolischen Verbindungen sind in Abbildung 1 zusammengestellt. Die Synthesen hierfür gingen von Ba14CO3aus, das über Acetylen in Benzol überführt wurde. Die Substituenten wurden nach und nach mit verschiedenen Methoden in das Benzol eingeführt. Die Ausbeuten, bezogen auf Ba14CO3, lagen für die synthetisierten Ligninalkolhole für p‐Cumaralkohol bei 18%, für Coniferylalkohol bei 6% und für Sinapinalkohol bei 2%. AbstractCortexolone‐1, 2‐3H (17α, 21‐dihydroxy‐4‐pregnene‐3,20‐dione) has been used as the starting point for the preparation of tetrahydrocortexolone‐1, 2‐3H and of tetrahydrocortexone‐1, 2‐3H (3α, 17α, 21‐trihydroxy‐5β‐pregnane‐20‐one and 3α, 21‐dihydroxy‐5β‐pregnane‐20‐one). The method used involved the catalytic and LiAlH4reduction of a derivative whose side‐chain was protected by bismethylene‐dioxy groups. AbstractMany difficulties are encountered in the preparation of multilabelled coumpounds, as their purification and analysis for isotopic purity are involved.
