摘要:
BART is a small remote controlled robotic CCD telescope, devoted to rapid observation of prompt gamma ray burst transients. During its operation since early 2001, it had three prompt observations with world‐competitive response time. The constraints to object magnitude were estimated and published in GCN circulars. Telescope is located in Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Ondrˇejov. This poster describes its new control system, named RTS2, which has been in service since February 2003. © 2004 American Institute of Physics

摘要:
The primary purpose of the fast wide field optical camera (WFOC) is to perform continuous, alert‐independent observations of optical transients and variable astrophysical sources simultaneously with space‐born wide field X‐ and &ggr;‐ray telescopes. In particular the camera can detect possible optical precursors and early prompt emission from cosmic Gamma‐Ray Bursts. The real‐time source identification software generates alerts that also could be sent to global alert distribution networks such as the GCN. We estimate that in one year of continuous observation with the WFOC we will observe the following numbers of GRB error boxes simultaneously with space‐ borne telescopes: 1.6 (WXM/HETE‐2), 0.5 (SPI/INTEGRAL), and 4 (BAT/SWIFT). © 2004 American Institute of Physics

摘要:
An overview of the technological developments at the Burst Observer and Optical Transient Exploring System (BOOTES) is given. The most important scientific results obtained so far are the detection of an OT in the GRB 000313 error box and the non detection of optical emission simultaneous for GRB 010220. GRB 030226 (long/soft events), GRB 020531 and GRB 021201 (short/hard events). With the recent instrumental and technical developments, BOOTES multiplies its science capabilities. © 2004 American Institute of Physics

摘要:
REM is a robotic fast moving telescope designed to immediately point and observe in optical and IR the GRBs detected by satellites. Its immediate data gathering capabilities and its accurate astrometry will issue early alerts for the VLT. © 2004 American Institute of Physics
