摘要:
The reactions12C(d&drarr;,&agr;)10B,18O(d&drarr;,&agr;)16N and34S(d&drarr;,&agr;)32P have been investigated at Ed=52 MeV. The observed vector analyzing powers are pronounced (‖ i T11 ‖ ≤0.9). They exhibit characteristic patterns for final spins J=L, J=L+1 and provide spin determinations at least for states of unique L‐transfer. DWBA calculations assuming deuteron‐cluster pick‐up reproduce qualitatively the observed effects. The method has been applied to locate states of maximum spin in16N(3+,4−) and in32P(5+).

摘要:
The (p&drarr;,&agr;) reaction has been studied at Ep=79.2 MeV. Strong selectivity of final states, especially of high spin states, and large analyzing powers are observed. DWBA reaction calculations are found to give good representations of the general features of the data.

摘要:
An approximate local energy dependent prescription for the deuteron optical potential is presented which includes the effects of both the deuteron D‐state and antisymmetrization. A large Tptensor potential is obtained which has a strong effect upon calculated reaction observables at energies of current experimental interest.
