摘要:
In the attempt to prevent permanent damage in the central nervous system during the prolonged ischemia demanded by cardiac surgery, hypothermia has been used to depress metabolic activity. Cardiac arrhythmias present a complication of the hypothermic state. This study attempts a solution of this complication with suggestions for the management and avoidance of cardiac arrhythmias.
