摘要:
AbstractChemical conversions of 6‐(3‐methyl‐2‐butenylamino)purine, 2iP, and 6‐(3‐methyl‐3‐butenylamino)purine, 3iP, to common products have been effected. A number of compounds related to these isomers and their ribosides have been synthesized, including 6‐(3‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbutylamino)‐9‐β‐D‐ribofuranosylpurine, 6‐(3‐chloro‐3‐methylbutylamino)purine, 6‐(3, 4‐dihydroxy‐3‐methylbutylamino) purine, and 6‐(3,4‐dihydroxy‐3‐methylbutylamino)‐9‐β‐D‐ribofuranosylpurine, and the cytokinin activities have been compared in the tobacco bioassay. 摘要:
AbstractThe acylation of N‐monosubstituted benzimidazoles with various acid chlorides in ethyl acetate — aqueous bicarbonate mixture was investigated. The reaction, which leads to the fission of the imidazole ring, was found to be strongly dependent on the substitution on both the benzimidazole and the acid chloride used. Electron withdrawing groups in the benzimidazoles were found to facilitate the reaction. Carbobenzoxy chloride and ort ho substituted benzoyl chloride gave the highest yields of the fission products. 摘要:
AbstractThe synthesis of 1,2‐disubstituted perhydropyridazine‐3,6‐diones in high yield is described. The reaction of succinic anhydride and 1,2‐dialkylhydrazines leads to N,N′‐dialkyl‐3‐carboxypropionhydrazides which are converted to 1,2‐dialkylperhydropyridazine‐3,6‐diones in refluxing xylene or polyphosphoric acid. The reaction of 1,2‐diarylhydrazines with 3‐carbomethoxypropionyl chloride and hydrolysis of the resulting N,N′‐diaryl‐3‐carbomethoxypropionhydrazides yields N,N′‐diaryl‐3‐carboxypropionhydrazides. Cyclization of these acid‐hydrazides in thionyl chloride at low temperature affords the corresponding 1, 2‐diarylperhydropyridazine‐3,6‐diones. 摘要:
AbstractThe polarographic oxidation of 2, 5‐diaminopyrimidine (IV) and 4,5‐diaminopyrimidine (V) at the rotating Pt microelectrode in aqueous buffered solutions was studied. The effects of varying concentrations, temperature, pH, buffer concentration, rate of rotation of electrode and rate of scanning of potential were determined. The limiting currents are diffusion controlled and proportional to concentration up to 1 × 10−3M for (IV) and 2 × 10−4M for (V). The overall reaction is irreversible and probably involves two electrons per molecule to give an unstable product with a quinonimine structure. The dependence of E½ on pH in the anodic polarography of twelve more polyamino‐ and aminohydroxy‐pyrimidines was determined. Hückel type MO calculations were carried out for the pyrimidines and the energies calculated for the highest occupied MOs were correlated
