摘要:
AbstractWe present an analysis of the quantum Liouville equation under the assumption of a globally bounded potential energy. By using methods of semigroup theory we prove existence and uniqueness results. We also show the existence of the particle density. The last section is concerned with the classical limit. We show that the solutions of the quantum Liouville equation converge to the solution of the classical Liouville equation as the Planck constant h tends to zero.

摘要:
AbstractA linearized solution has been obtained for a steady, non‐equilibrium, magnetogasdynamic flow of a conducting fluid with infinite conductivity over a wedge where the oncoming flow is assumed to be in a non‐equilibrium state and the uniform magnetic field is aligned to the uniform fluid stream in the undisturbed state. The effects due to viscosity, heat conduction and diffusion have been neglected. The solution reduces to the previous result of Vincenti [13] for non‐magnetic case as a special case. It further reduces to the previous result of Clarke [2]for an equilibrium free stream. The variations of the velocity disturbance along the initial frozen Mach line and the pressure coefficient as well as relaxation parameter on the surface of the wedge have been studied. AbstractAn appropriate finite element model is developed for the simulation of mass and heat transfer in artificial fractures of deep hot dry rock masses involving fluid buoyancy and thermal rock contraction effects. The strongly nonlinear unsteady geothermal processes are solved by an implicit predictor‐corrector method with automatically adjusted time stepping and a full Newton approach. Alternative schemes are used for steady state problems. Computational examples are presented illustrating the effect of heat removal, density coupling and rock contraction.
