摘要:
AbstractCrystals of 5‐phenylbarbituric acid,2, are monoclinic, space group C2/c. There are 8 molecules in the unit cell of dimensions a = 20.218(3), b = 7.477(1), c, = 12.443(2), β = 111.54° and V = 1749.6(4) Å3. Full‐matrix least‐squares refinement has reached R = 0.039. This is the first barbiturate reported to exist in the enol form in the solid state. There is extensive hydrogen bonding between adjacent molecules which gives rise to very dense crystals. Abstract1,3‐Dimethyluracil (1), a versatile synthon for the synthesis of various heterocycles, reacted readily with 3‐aminopyrazoles2in sodium ethoxide to give pyrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines3. Under similar conditions, 3‐aminopyrazoleC‐nucleosides4and the synthon1gave a mixture of pyrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidineC‐nucleosides, which was separated on a silica gel column. Attempts to remove the protecting groups yielded pyranose derivative10. Another synthon 1,3‐dimethyl‐5‐azauracil and 3‐aminopyrazoles12gave pyrazolo[1,5‐a]triazines13. AbstractNew proton‐ionizable macrocyclic polyether ligands containing the 4‐pyridone subcyclic unit have been prepared by reacting 4‐THP blocked‐2,6‐pyridinedimethanol with various oligoethylene glycol ditosylates. AbstractA series of macrocyclic polyether (crown) ligands containing the proton‐ionizable s‐triazole subcyclic unit were prepared by reacting the 1‐THP blocked 3,5‐bis(chloromethyl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole with various oligoethylene glycols.
