摘要:
It seems that natural ecosystems exploit sources like water, sunlight and nutrients with high efficiency. Man-made agricultural systems are depending not only on high energy fertilizers and water inputs but because these systems are very fragile insecticides and pesticides are necessarily added generating inevitably many ecological problems. Using simple ecological theory we can proceed to the exploitation of natural ecosystems considering their resilience to absorb perturbations. This system can provide us with energy and organics without being degraded as the first experimental data suggest.

摘要:
Electrolytic deposition of CdS and CuxS for realizing solar cells holds considerable low cost potential. An electrodeposition technique from non-aqueous electrolytes is described and effect of important deposition variables on electrical and structural properties of films is discussed. Heterojunctions in frontwall configuration have been fabricated and the effect of CuxS bath composition on photovoltaic performance is evaluated. Voc = .412 V and Isc = 5.95 mA/sq cm have been achieved.

摘要:
The formation of cuprous sulphide by ion exchange ( “dipping”) on CdS spray was studied by analysing its thickness and deviation from stoichiometry. Factorial analysis was used to diminish the effects of substrate variability. A stable solution for ion exchange is described. The significance of the influence of temperature and duration of reaction as well as the concentration of Cu(I) in solution is noted. A model representing the growth of CuSand permitting the chracteristics of CdS to be transformed into Cu2S is given. Improving the quality of CdS measured in this way diminished the influence of the above parameters.
