Improvement of results of activation analysis has been achieved by using a device for simultaneous rotation of the sample around tow axes: one parallel and the other perpendicular to the target during the irradiation. A change of the construction of the container resulted in the increase of its volume and a decrease in the mean sample-to-target distance. The distribution of the neutron flux along the axis of the container during the irradiation has been measured. An arrangement for automatic loading and unloading of sample is also described.

Es wird die Adsorption von Mikromengen Jodidionen an Palladiumoberflächen in Abhängigkeit von der Wasserstoff-und Jodidionenkonzentration untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daβ, die pro Flächeneinheit adsorbierte Menge – im Gegensatz zu Platin als Adsorbens – auch im alkalischen pH-Bereich genügend groβ, ist, um die Adsorption zur Abtreunnung von trägerfreiem131J anwenden zu können. Bei anodisch vorpolarisiertem Adsorbens und in Amwesenheit von reversiblen Redoxsystemen ist die Potentialabhängigleit – ähnlich wie bei Platin als Adsorbens – unabhängig von der Vorgeschichte des Adsorbens, bei katodisch vorpolarisiertem Adsorbens ist ein Einfluβ, der Vorgeschichte zu beobachten.

A substoichiometic analytical method of high sensitivity combined with adsorptive sampling has been worked out for the determination of traces of silver in palladium making use of the selective deposition of microquantities of silver from aqueous solutions of palladium salts on cathodically polarized platioum surfaces. The stability and reporducibility of the saturation values of deposited silver are practially independent of the content and concentration of silver and palladium in the solution. The sensitivity proved to be 0.01 ppm, the accuracy ± 30 per cent.

摘要:

Die Aufnahme von Nitratstickstoff durch Hafer wurde in Gegenwart von Ammoniumstickstoffüberschuß sowie verschiedener Stickstoffdügermichungen untersucht. Ebenfalls wurde der Einfluß phosphor-, kalium-, und spurenelementhaliger Düngemittel auf den Ausmutzungskoeffizienten des Nitratstickstoffs durch Hafer geprüft. Der Nitratstickstoff des angewandten Ammonium- nitrats wurde mit dent stabilen Stickstoffisotop15N markiert. Die Masse der trockenen Planzen, der Gesamtstickstoffgehalt und der Ausnutzungskoeffizient des Nitratstickstoffs durch die Planzen wurden bestimut. Die Versuche haben gezeigt, daß der Ausmutzungskoeffizient des Nitratstickstoffs durch die Pfanzen in Geganwart con Ammoniumstickstoffüberschuß nicht wesentlich beeinflußt wird.

摘要:

The use of some new antimonial drugs urged us to examine their constitution through antimony determination. Beside the use of neturon activation analysis of Sb124determination, other methods as N-bromosuccinimide or polarography were also used for the same purpose. The Rfvalues of the newly prepared organo-metallic compounds were evaluated as shown in some tables and demonstrated in illustrative figures.
