Für 135 Radionuklide werden in der Literatur veröffentlichte Werte der Halbwertszeit mit Angabe von 200 Zitaten zusammengestellt. Dabei sind vorzugsweise die neuesten und zuverlässigsten Werte – maximal 4 je Nuklid – berücksichtigt. Für jades Nuklid wird ferner ein wahrscheinlichster Wert der Halbwertszeit angegeben. Die Anwendung dieses Wertes wird insbesondere auch bei der Umrechnung von Aktivitätsangaben der vom ASMW bereitgestellten Normallösungen radioaktiver Nuklide empfohlen.

In Form einer Übersicht werden die Methoden und Anwendungen der Mikroautoradiographie in der Biologie behandelt. Der gegenwärtige Stand der biologischen Mikroautoradiographie wird dargestellt. Dabei wird besonders auf die Leistungsfāhigkeit der Methoden sowie auf spezielle Fragen des Vorgehens bei autoradiographischen Untersuchungen in der Biologie eingegangen. Vier mehr oder weniger selbständige Fachgebiete der Autoradiographie werden betrachtet. Bei der Beschreibung der autoradiographischen Verfahren werden zwei methodische Gruppen hervorgehoben.

The high resolution microautoradiography has been originally developed as a sensitive method for the examination of cell structures and cell metabolism. The present state of autoradiography in biology can be denoted as an autoradiography of the molecules within the cells. The employment of microautoradiography is restricted not only to the field of the cell or molecular biolgy, but after a modification of the procedure it can be applied in quite different branches.

摘要:

A macroradiographic technique for measuring radon exhalation of various soils in Hungary has been developed. The method is based on long-term simultaneous measurement of the alpha-activity of soil gas at numerous points of a given area with plastic nuclear track detectors. In the present work a two-year experience related to calibration measurements in laboratory, methodical studies on stationary points of field basic stations and mapping of radon anomalies over different geological profiles is surveyed. Several casestudies are presented, to show the effectiveness of radon macroradiography in revealing geological structures below the area to be explored.

Das örtliche Auflösungsvermögen autoradiographischer Abbilungen wurde bisher i. allg. nur für Halogensilberdetektoren ermittelt. Es werden hier Betrachtungen zum örtlichen Auflösungsvermögen von Autoradiogrammen auf Festkörperspurdetekotren angestellt und eine Möglichkeit der Bestimmung dieses Auflösungsvermögens angegeben.

In der Arbeit werden theoretische Grundlagen der Untersuchung des menschlichen Stickstoffmetabolismus unter Verwendung des stabilen Stickstoffisotops15N sowie methodische Probleme der Auswertung solcher Untersuchungen dargestellt. Als allgemeines mathematisches Modell zur Untersuchung von Synthese-, Abbau-, Transport- und Eliminationsprozessen im Organismus wird die Compartmentlheorie erörtert, zur Auswerlung von experimentell gewonnenen Daten dient die nichtlineare Ausgleichsrechnung. Anhand eines 3-Compartment-Modells wird untersucht, in welcher Weise der allgemeine Formalismus auf Probleme des Stickstoffmetabolismus angewendet werden kann und welche Probleme bei der Verknüpfung von Theorie und Experiment auftreten.

A very simple and rapid method was developed, for the analysis of trace elements in water, based on the radioisotopic excited X-ray fluorescence. The method requires the filtration of the water through an ion exchange filter paper, which is successively dried and XRF analyzed. The analysis of ionized calcium and strontium in mineral waters were carried out.

Carrier-free radioactive isotopes were separated with a column-chromatographic method combined with electrolysis. An autoradiographic method was used to study the motion, during elution, of radioactive material deposited on an anodically-polarized platinum powder column. The variation of the equilibrium distribution coefficient, which determines the rate of elution, was examined as functions of the terminal voltage and the hydrogen ion concentration. By means of an isotherm method, the changes in the number of active centres characteristic of the anodic deposition were determined as functions of the terminal voltage and the hydrogen ion concentration.
