Es wurde das Verhalten der Schwefelisotope bei der chemischen und biochemischen Oxydation von Markasit (FeS2) zu Sulfat in Ruhe- und Schüttelkulturen bei 30 °C untersucht. Die mikrobiologische Oxydation erfolgte mit einer Mischkultur der Bakteriengattung Thiobacillus. Die Resultate zeigen, daβ die Sulfatbildung bei der biochemischen Oxydation erheblich schneller verläuft als bei der chemischen Oxydation. Die Isotopenanalysen am gebildeten Sulfat lassen in Abhängigkeit vom Versuchsansatz keine oder eine nur geringfügige Isotopenfraktionierung erkennen. Die Anreicherung an32S im entstehenden Sulfat beträgt im Höchstfalle 1,9 ‰. Damit kann in Übereinstimmung mit Ergebnissen anderer Autoren geschluβfolgert werden, daβ sowohl bei der chemischen als auch bei der biochemischen Verwitterung sedimentärer Sulfide unter Oxydation von Sulfid zu Sulfat Isotopieeffekte keine wesentliche Rolle spielen.

Technologies, methods and instruments of isotope technique as well as their use in national economy, in particular in industries, are the result of vast activities in the fields of research, designing and primary manufacture. The efficiency of the application os isotope technique, especially its economic efficiency, depends both on the extent, to which this technique is being introduced, and on the average economic effect per unit (instrument, method, or technology) applied in various brandies of national economy. By comparison of the costs of investigations conducted in the field of isotope and radiation techniques, as well as of the total economic effect gained in a series of countries, the general economic efficiency of isotope investigations was determined. The analysis of the structure and dynamics of the said efficiency coefficient as arrived at in the various countries over a long period was the main subject of the present work.

Die Kondensationsenergie des Nukleons bvhängt vom Krümmungsradius des Kerns ab. Sie nimmt mit der Gröβe des Kerns zu und erreicht für die unendlich ausgedehnte Kernmaterie einen Wert von 28,71 MeV. Der bv-Mittelwert für 35 betrachtete Kerne beträgl dagegen 17,03 ± 1,50 MeV. Der Radiusparameter des Kerns r0ist ebenso krümmungsabhängig. Sein Wert sinkt aber mit der Kerngröβe

Es wird die Röntgenfluoreszanzanalyse zur genauen und schnellen Zinngehaltsbestimmung in Erzen und Aufbereitungsproduklen beschrieben. Untersuchungen über Möglichkeiten zur Eichung der cingesetzen Geräte mit Hilfe der Polarographie und der Neutronenaktivierungsanalyse, wie Kontrollmessungen der Arbeitsstabilität zeigen, daβ das Verfahren zur Betriebsanalyse im Bergbau und im Hüttenbetrieb geeignet ist. Ökonomische Betrachtungen weisen die Zweckmäβigkeit des Einsatzes nach.

It will be described methods of the quantitative evaluation of elements interesting in semiconductor technology and their distribution in silicon using autoradiographic techniques. The local concentration of the element phosphorus in dependence of their local distribution is determined with silver halide films. As standard samples silicon disks phosphorus diffused are used.
