At the present more than 80% of the total amount of purchased radioactive compounds are used in clinical practice. The field is dominated by technetium coordination compounds. Increasing knowledge on the coordination, redox-reactions, and radiochemistry of this element was the basis for elaborating first rationales on the chemical reasons for the biolocalization of those compounds.

Air-condition of rooms (working rooms, school rooms, refrigerating chambers, car cabins, and so on) depends upon ventilation (flow of air, exchange of air). In praxi projects of air-condition systems are optimized by means of investigation of real flow fields. A measuring method including a mathematical model and an instrument set is evolved on behalf of an automobile manufacturing plant. It is a differential radioactive indicator method. Measured results are transition functions relative to air transport between marked cell and measured cells.

The effect of irradiation on sprouting depends on the irradiation dose, on the irradiation time after harvest and on the physiological development stage of onions. The best conditions of an effective irradiation were found out. Experiments were carried out in order to study the physiological causes of sprout inhibition. The effect of the irradiation on cell elongation and cell division was investigated.

As a result of APA labelling with99mTc reduced by SnCl2at pH 1.9 about 90% of99mTc-APA complex was obtained. Experiments in vivo were carried out on 10 Swiss mice who had Ehrlich tumor inplanted. After 8 days the99mTc-APA complex was administered i. p. – The ADF ratio tumor blood was 2,5. Renoscintigraphy showed that the decline of renal activity, in the stage when excretion prevailed (phase III), was slow and of cumulative nature. Simple synthesis, labelling and low toxity of APA are the factors that advocate further experiments in searching its utility in diagnostics.
