摘要:
Zur Darstellung der Einheit der Energiedosis von Quantenstrahlung für Energien oberhalb von 0,4 MeV wurde im ASMW eine Normalmeßeinrichtung geschaffen, deren Hauptbestandteil ein quasiadiabatisches Differentialkalorimeter ist. Der Aufbau und die Wirkungsweise der Normalmeßeinrichtung werden erläutert. Als Bezugsmaterial für die absolute Bestimmung der Energiedosis dient Graphit. Die Korrektionsfaktoren, die in die Bestimmungsgleichung für die Energiedosis eingehen, werden kurz diskutiert. Die untere Meßgrenze der Einrichtung liegt bei 10−1Gy, wobei die Meßunsicherheit 1,4% betrāgt.

摘要:
Es wird der Einfluß der vertikalen Auflösung der Neutronensonde auf die Genauigkeit der Bestimmung des Wassergehaltes des Bodens betrachtct. Die Ergebnisse von Messungen der Neutronensonden mit verschiedener vertikaler Auflösung werden vorgelegt. Die Möglichkeit des Mangels an dem durch schlechte vertikale Auflösung bedingten Fehler bei der Bestimmung des Wassergehaltes des Bodens wird betrachlet und theoretisch qualitativ begründet.

摘要:
Some inorganic forms of35S are used as starting material for some chemical syntheses of labelled organic compounds. The choice depends on the desired characteristics of the labelled compound. Preparation of elementary sulphur35S, sodium sulphide-35S, ferrous sulphide-35S, barium sulphate-35S, barium sulphide-35S, is described. The characteristics of the products, along with determination methods, are given. The products are obtained with high specific activities: elementary sulphur-35S, 1 – 5 Ci/g S; sodium sulphide-35S 1 – 5 Ci/g S; ferrous sulphide-35S, 1 – 5 Ci/g S; barium sulphate-35S, 5 – 15 Ci/g S; barium sulphide-35S, 1 – 5 Ci/g S.

摘要:
Specific method for accurate radioimmunoassay of free and total thyroxine in un-extracted serum has been developed. The method is used for estimation of either free thyroxine (T4) or total T4by inhibition of the binding sites of T4to protein using TCA/NaOH mixture. The antibodies used in this study were obtained from Mallinkrodt. The separation technique used in our modification is that of dextran charcoal, this is to absorb the free fractions on charcoal.

A method is proposed for the determination of the content and distribution of MoS2in Ni-P-MoS2, coatings deposited on a steel using35S as a radioactive tracer.35S is isolated and measured as BaSO4. At the same time this approach gives the possibility to perform an autoradiographic investigation which enlarges the metallographic data.
