摘要:
In consideration of economy and safeguard regulations the nuclear fuel has to be recycled. It was therefore nessesary to develop a technological procedure which permits the recovery of uranium from the waste solution arising from fission molybdenum production. The so-called AMOR-facility includes three main parts:1. The dissolution of an irradiated fuel element of a research reactor, the separation of fission molybdenum and a long-lime storage of this fuel element solution.2. The recovery of uranium from solution by an extraction-reextraction process with tri-n-butylphosphate.3. Producing the AI/UO2+xdispersion, and fabrication of the new target elements. The content of nuclear material is regularly being examined by the proliferation agreement.

摘要:
Syntheses performed with unprotected mercaptoacetylglycylglycylglycine (MAG3) both at carrier level (10−4M) and with no-carrier-added99mTc indicated that various products of different biological properties exist in the Tc/MAG3 system. Besides the known Tc(V)oxo complex recently introduced into nuclear medicine for renal function diagnosis, mainly three species were characterized by HPLC, TLC, electrophoresis and uv-vis spectroscopy as well as biodistribution studies in minipigs. Alteration of preparation conditions such as concentrations, sequence of reactant addition, pH, and time enabled to elucidate reaction routes within the system, interdependence of the species, and vulnerability of the kidney imaging agent.

摘要:
A review is given of the theoretical background and the practical application of gas targets for the production of radionuclides with particle accelerators. This common technique is mainly applied for the production of short-lived isotopes for Positron Emission Tomography (PET):11C,18F,15O, and13N 1. This advantageous technique is also used increasingly for manufacturing other radionuclides, e.g.123I. Typical problems are illustrated by examples from the literature and from our own experience. The problem of gas handling has not been covered in this article.

摘要:
Blood cell labelling experiments were carried out with a series of99mTc and99m/99Tc nitridotechnetium(V) complexes containing dialkyldithiocarbamates, monoalkyldithiocarbamates or alkylxanthates as ligands. Distribution patterns of the radioactivity between plasma, erythrocytes and leukocytes/thrombocytes were determined suggesting that some of the compounds studied possess a potential as blood cell labelling agents. The chemical nature of the cell-bound technetium was found to be the intact TcN complex initially used.

摘要:
We investigated the autoradiolysis of 5-hydroxymethyl-[hydroxymethyl3H] uracil with a specific radioactivity of about 2200 G Bq per mmol. The investigations were carried out in aqueous solutions with radiochemical concentrations between 70 and 1200 M Bq/ml using UV-spectroscopy. We obtained tritiated 5-hydroxymethyl-5,6-dihydrouracil in a first order respectively pseudo-first order reaction. The determined rate constants were correlated with the radiochemical concentration.

摘要:
A method for production of225Ac is described. Uranium oxide was irradiated with 650 MeV protons. The radium fraction was separated by precipitation with BaSO4, the isotopically pure225Ac as daughter product was then isolated by means of cationexchange chromatography. The biological behaviour of225Ac as a potential candidate for radionuclide tumor therapy is compared with the behaviour of other Me3+-citrate complexes. The actinium shows the faster blood clearance and highest liver uptake in rats and tumor-bearing mice. The tumor uptake is smaller in comparison to ytterbium as a representative for the heavy rare earth elements and slightly higher compared to promethium as representative for the light rare earth elements. In general the biodistribution of actinium is in good agreement with the radiums alteration of Me3+-ions.

Technetium-99m-d,l-hexamethylpropylene amine oxime (Tc-99m-HMPAO) has been developed in our Institute in order to meet the demand of GDR clinicians for a radiopharmaceutical, which allows the examination of regional cerebral blood-flow by SPECT. The present paper informs on synthesis and13C NMR spectroscopic identification of the ligand d,l-HMPAO as well as its labelling by reconstitution of a sterile, freeze-dried mixture containing d,l-HMPAO, stannous chloride, and sodium chloride with Tc-99m-pertechnetate eluate. Labelling efficiency (more than 90%, the lipophilic component 80–90%) and pattern of products were estimated using tlc and paper chromatography with a combination of three solvent systems. Quality control of the freeze-dried formulation includes methods for quantitative determination of the ligand and of stannous chloride. The ability of Tc-99m-HMPAO to be localized in brain was quantified in rats by organ distribution with time and by autoradiography, showing both high initial uptake, and blood flow-dependent distribution in the brain.

摘要:
An experimental realization of the vacuum thermochromatographic separation of67Ga from metallic zinc targets is described. High yields of the radionuclide67Ga with low zinc contaminations are demonstrated. Results are discussed with respect to expected data from theoretical considerations.

摘要:
In a summarized report the development and testing of the ROTOP-MYOSPECT kit is described. After the argument on the necessity to involve a99mTc-complex for the assessment of a myocardial perfusion situation the chemical problems are discussed. The reduction of pertechnetate generator eluate takes place during reconstitution of the kit by the ligand DMPE *2 HCl in aqueous/alcoholic solution at pH 2 and 125 °C. A cationic Tc-compound has been developed providing well-assessable images of myocardium using the SPECT technique and can be applied for a number of diagnostic problems. In comparison to Tl-SPECT images and the non-invasive coronary angiography a high sensitivity is attained. As an example for application the case control before and after bypass operation is discussed and the fitness of the radiopharmaceutical is proved.
