摘要:
A methodological critique was conducted of all full‐length articles highlighting American racial and ethnic minority groups or international populations appearing in theJournal of Employment Counseling, The Career Development Quarterly, and theJournal of Vocational Behaviorfrom 1985 through 1992. The 68 quantitative, empirically based studies identified were examined for their theoretical bases, topical emphases, multicultural populations investigated, sample descriptions, sample sizes, geographic location of the samples, instrumentation, and statistical procedures used. 摘要:
Increasing numbers of those with learning disabilities who are entering college have been found to have special needs related to both academic survival and career development that are often unrecognized and unmet in institutions of higher education. This article reviews research on the characteristics of young adults with learning disabilities, discusses factors that are associated with the career maturity of young adults with learning disabilities, and offers suggestions to employment counselors that would be useful when working with this population.

摘要:
The purpose of this study is to examine whether certain strategic situations (profit vs. survival situations) cause managers to act more ethically or less ethically. Results from multivariate repeated measures tests suggest that managers will vary their level of ethical response when faced with a situation in which the organization's survival is at stake.

摘要:
It was predicted that job acquisition success would be positively related to (a) the level of job search behavior; (b) the degree of vocational self‐concept crystallization; and most strongly, (c) the combined effects (interaction) of job search behavior and vocational self‐concept crystallization. Data from two samples supported the first prediction, but not the latter two. Implications for practice and suggestions for future research are discus
