ABSTRACTThe testes of three dogs which suffered spermatogenic arrest were examined by indirect immunofluorescence tests. Two of these dogs (a father and son) had previously been shown to have focal inflammatory lesions in the testes. ABSTRACTA 10‐year‐old male Labrador Retriever had a history of chronic cough which was refractory to antibiotic and steroid therapy. Cytologic and bacteriologic examinations of transtracheal washings were unremarkable. Thickening of the bronchial mucosa was observed by bronchoscopy. ABSTRACTArtificial filariae, infused into the venous system in dogs, were preferentially distributed within the pulmonary arteries to the right side, in particular, the right caudal artery. These findings are discussed in relation to the distribution of natural filariae (D. immitis).
