Summary—Lymphoma presenting in the testis was evaluated in 24 patients. The tumours were classified according to both the Rappaport and the Kiel classification. The Rappaport classification yielded only two tumour types—15 diffuse histiocytic and 9 diffuse mixed histiocytic‐lymphocytic, with no pure lymphocytic lymphoma. No difference in survival time was found between these two tumour types. According to the Kiel classification there were four histological tumour types—immunoblastic (11 cases), centroblastic (2), centroblastic/centrocytic (6) and polymorphic immunocytic (5). In comparison with the other tumour types, the centroblastic/centrocytic lymphomas seemed to be advantageous as regards survival. It is concluded that systemic treatment with chemotherapy in accordance with current principles for malignant lymphoma is indicated following orchiectomy in localised testicular lymphoma as well as in disseminated disease. Summary—Two hundred males attending a fertility clinic and 65 men who had fathered one or more children were screened for sperm antibodies using sperm agglutination and immobilisation tests. The incidence of sperm antibodies was significantly higher in the former group.Agglutinin and immobilisin were not related to sperm concentration, morphology, ejaculate volume, seminal plasma zinc, magnesium, acid phosphatase and fructose. However, sperm motility and viability were significantly reduced in the presence of sperm antibodies.There appeared to be no relationship between the presence of antisperm antibodies andMycoplasma, aerobic or anaerobic organisms. There was a positive correlation between agglutinating and immobilising antibodies in serum and seminal plasma. Summary—From a group of 749 infertile men, 102 (13.6%) were found to have obstructive azoospermia. An attempt is made to ascribe an aetiology to these obstructive lesions. In more than half of these patients, no cause for their obstructive lesion could be elicited. Only five gave a past history of gonorrhoea, and genital tract infection related to only eight patients.
