摘要:
A low-cost, low-noise four-electrode galvanostat and three compartment cell for chronopotentiometric study of ion transport at liquid/liquid interfaces are presented. The cell eliminates liquid junctions and accompanying ion contamination. The galvanostat is a minimum design for 20 ma at 500 Ω load.

摘要:
A triangular waveform generator is described which can be used for cyclic voltamraetry at moderate scan rates (<20V min-1). The circuit is based on three operational amplifiers and employs electronic switching in place of mechanical switching at the voltage scan limits. The circuit features independent control of the positive and negative scan limits, the facility for manual reversal of scan direction, and automatic termination of the voltage scan at either scan limit.

摘要:
A modified nonlinear regression analysis program (originally reported by R.G. Duggleby (1981) Anal. Biochem. 110, 9–18) in BASIC for microcomputers and a modified spectrophotometer are described. Their application in the routine determination of concentrations of certain substances by the use of specific enzymes is detailed. Results are given that show the utility of the system for glucose determination by the hexokinase reaction, and its lack of utility for lactate determination using lactate dehydrogenase.
