摘要:
Résumé1. En ouvrant une enquêue, nous avons recueilli 643 cas de méningite tuberculeuse chez I'enfant, qui ont été trouvés de 1958 à 1963, dans 88 principaux hôpitaux et sanatoriums du Japon.2. Dans 47 sur 643 cas, une recherche des bacilles résistants a été effectuée. Parmi 23 cas fort susceptibles d'être atteints de bacilles résistants nous avons eu la reponse dans 19 cas. Parmi ces 19 cas, nous avons pu faire étate de 8 cas de la méningite à bacilles résistants.3. Concernant la résistance de ces bacilles, 2 souches étaient résistantes à trois agents réunis, 2 à deux agents, 3 souches étaient résistantes au PAS et une à l'INH.4. Sur 3 cas parmi 8, l'agent contaminateur a été décelé, dont on n'a pas pupréciser la résistance bacillaire.5. 2 sur 8 malades sont morts. Parmi six survivants, 2 sont porteurs de graves sequelles.6. La mortalité de la méningite tuberculeuse à bacilles résistants chez I'enfant est presque identique à celle de la méningite à bacilles non‐résistants.Nous pensons cependant qu'il est obligatoire d'être prudents dans le choix d
