摘要:
AbstractThe intense organizational efforts of rival unions have been a major factor in the adoption of collective bargaining by faculties at more than half of the community colleges in states with enabling legislation. The economic situation has increased faculty receptivity to union overtures, and imminent federal legislation may provide the opportunity for greatly expanded unionization.
