摘要:
Children's rights are an important arena in the struggle for human dignity. A flagrant violation of the rights of the child occurs when he or she is abused by a parent or caretaker. This article explains children's rights with regard to physical abuse, outlines various definitions of abuse, and discusses the incidence and consequences of child abuse. Prescriptions for action are offered.

摘要:
Every human being has a right to be treated decently. At present, students in America's schools are not given conditions that meet the criteria of human decency. This situation should be corrected immediately because it violates human rights and mitigates against human fulfillment.
