摘要:
A Phytoseiulus persimilis A.-H. race, resistant to the organophosphorous pesticides, has been developed by using the large-scale selection method and varying doses of pesticides to produce the necessary breeding effect. The resistance of this race is between 76.4 to 261.9 times higher than the one of the susceptible race and depends on the active composition and the formulation of the pesticides. The acquired resistance has been observed to affect in any way the ontogenetic development and the biologic indices of Ph. persimilis. With respect to some indices of economic importance the resistant race demonstrates 4 times higher effectiveness when used for biologic control against spider mites on the crops.

Phospholipase C (phosphatidylcholine cholinephosphohydrolase, EC 3.1.4.3.) was secreted in the culture supernatant by Pseudomonas fluorescens strain B. The maximum enzyme release was observed at the early stationary phase of culture growth. The most suitable medium for enzyme production was found to be casein soy broth containing additional 0.5% xylose and 1mM MgCh2. Phospholipase C from Pseudomonas fluorescens was purified 37 fold with 42% yield by a combination of ultrafiltration and Sephadex G75 column chromatography.

摘要:
A elastolytic Streptomycetes strain was isolated from soil and was identified as Streptomyces sp. 82. This strain produced several kinds of proteases that the major constituent were elastases. Two elastases were purified by a combination of ion-exchange chromatography and gel- filtartion. Elastase—I had a molecular weight of 35 kDa and elastase II—28 kDa. Elastin, ATEE and BAEE were good substrates for these enzymes. Mixture of purified elastolytic fractions of Streptomyces sp. 82 were solubilized the leather wastes.

摘要:
Recombinant human high mobility group chromosomal protein I/Y has been expressed in E. coli BL21(DE3) strain using the expression system of Studier et al. (1990). Cells were transformed with bacterial plasmid pET15bHMG-I/Y containing cDNA of the human HMG I/Y protein inserted in-frame with a sequence coding six cnosecutive histidines at the N-terminus of the protein (Thanos and Maniatis, 1992). The recombinant protein has been isolated from the total protein extract by selective binding of the 6xHis-tag on Ni2+-NTA resin (Qiagen) using metalo belate affinty chromatography. The protein was tested by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and immunochemical detection with anti rat brain HMG I antibodies (IgG fraction). The immunoperoxidase test was performed on Western blots with 4-chloro-l-naphtol/H2O2as a substrate and on dot blots with luminol as an enhanced hemiluminiscence emitting substrate (ECL—Amersham Life Sci.). By its electrophoretic and immunochemical reactions the obtained recombinant human HMG I/Y protein was identical with a natural HCIO4extracted rat brain HMG I chromosomal protein.

摘要:
The influence of variable concentrations of the nutritive components of Gauze 1 medium on the β-lactamase synthesis by Streptomyces galbus (F) subsp. achromogenes—p154–59 has been studied. Twelve carbon, ten nitrogen, and four phosphate sources have been examined and the data has been used for carrying out Complete Factor Experiment (CFE 23). As a result of our experiments a complete optimisation of the fermentation medium has been obtained which enhances ten-fold β-lactamase synthesis by Streptomyces galbus.
