摘要:
The leaf essential oil ofMentha diemenicaSprengel, was produced in 1% yield based on fresh weight of leaves. The principal components of this oil were menthone (32%), neomenthyl acetate (0.0–18.3%), pulegone (25–44%), neomenthol (2.5–9.0%), menthyl acetate (2.7–5.7%), menthol (1.8–2.7%) and isomenthone (1–3%).

摘要:
Essential oil, obtained by hydrodistillation, from fresh leaves ofSatureja gilliesii(Grah.) Briq. (Lamiaceae), which is an endemic species of Chile, was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The major constituents were the oxygenated monoterpenes: isopulegyl acetate (25.3%), isopulegone (13%) and isopulegol (11.2%).

摘要:
Water-distilled essential oil ofOriganum laevigatumcollected in Turkey was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Thirty-two components were characterized representing 90.72% of the total components detected. Bicyclogermacrene (37.92%), germacrene D (21.72%) and β-caryophyllene (4.50%) were identified as major constituents.

摘要:
Simultaneous distillation and extraction of the flowers of the New Zealand forest plantAlseuosmia macrophyllaA. Cunn (common name “perfume of the grove”) gave an oil (0.3% yield) having an intensely sweet odor with a green backnote, reminiscent of watermelon. The major components of the oil were linalool (25.1%), α-bulnesene (13.2%), α-amorphene (9.6%) and benzyl salicylate (8.4%).

摘要:
The volatiles obtained separately from the leaves and flowers ofRidolfia segetum(L.) Moris collected from three locations in Israel were studied by capillary GC/MS. The main components in the flower volatile concentrate were α-phellandrene (44.1–48.9%), piperitenone oxide (8.3–18.0%) and terpinolene (11.8%-16.3%) while α-phellandrene (29.8–37.1%), piperitenone oxide (8.2–14.2%) and p-cymene (8.4–15.2%) were the main components of the leaf volatile concentrate. In general, the flowers possessed a richer composition. Such constituents as elemicin, myristicin and nepetalactone were found only in the flowers. The most outstanding feature of the flower volatiles was the presence of dill apiole (about 3%) which was not detected in the leaves.

摘要:
The essential oils ofSassafras albidum, obtained by hydrodistallation of the root bark and root wood, were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The main component of the root bark and root wood oils was safrole (61.29–88.80%). Both oils contained the same constituents although there were some quantitative differences.

摘要:
The composition of the oil ofClausena heptaphyllaW&A obtained by hydrodistillation of the leaves and fruits was examined by GC. Eight components were identified in each oil. (E)-Anethole, which was the main component, was found to be much higher in the leaf oils of both flowering (98.2%) and fruiting (98.2%) stages of the plant than in the fruit oil (61.67%).

摘要:
Twenty-five volatile compounds were identified by GC/MS from seven fresh wild mushrooms(Piptoporus betulinus, Oligoporus caesius, Amanita rubescens, Paxillus involutus, Suillus grevillei, Suillus luteus, Xerocomus subtomentosus—Basidiomycetes). The main volatile components were 1-octen-3-ol, 3-heptanone, limonene, (E)-2-heptenal, (E)-2-decenal, 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone, methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate, farnesyl acetone, 3-octanol and 3-octanone. Geranyl acetone and 1,8-cineole were identified for the first time in mushrooms.

摘要:
The essential oils of the seeds (fruits) of 66 cultivars of dill, which were obtained by hydrodistillation and hexane extraction, have been examined by GC. The oil content was found to vary from 1.91% to 7.25%. The three known chemotypes were observed, but there were also transition types. In addition, a new chemotype which contained limonene (43.7%), dihydrocarvone (3.1%), carvone (41.2%) and myristicin (11.7%) was found in the assortment of dill cultivars. No dillapiole was found in this type.
