The essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation from the dried seeds ofCoriandrum sativumL. growing in Cuba was investigated by GC and GC/MS. Thirty-five compounds (96.9%) were identified, of which linalool alone accounted for 54.57% of the oil.

摘要:
The volatile constituents of the fruit ofBouea macrophyllaGriff, were isolated by vacuum distillation with subsequent extraction of the distillate with dichloromethane. The concentrated extract was analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. Forty components were identified, monoterpene and sesquiterpene hydrocarbons representing 79.91% and 7.45% of the total volatiles, respectively. The major components were (E)-β-ocimene (68.59%) and α-pinene (8.04%).

摘要:
The essential oil obtained from the aerial parts ofOriganum vulgareL. (Labiatae) was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. More than 30 constituents were identified of which linalool (23.8%), myrcene (18.0%), β-caryophyllene (9.06%), germacrene-D (7.4%) and terpinen-4-ol (4.4%) were found as the major compounds.

The aerial parts ofSalvia syriacawere water distilled to produce an oil which was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Germacrene D (33.83%) and bicyclogermacrene (12.47%) were found as major constituents among the more than 50 compounds identified.

摘要:
The essential oils from cultivatedElsholtzia ciliata(Thunb.) Hyland. from two regions of Vietnam were analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. More than 30 components were identified, representing over 95% of the oils. The main constituents were neral(15.2–20.5%), geranial (19.5–26.5%), limonene (10.9–14.2%) and (Z)-β-farnesene (10.8–11.7%). The oxygenated compounds found, such as linalool, nerol, neral, geranial, geraniol, neryl and geranyl formates and acetates, (Z)-methyl geranate and (Z)-nerolidol, contribute to the characteristic odor of these oils.

摘要:
The essential oils isolated by hydrodistillation from the leaves ofEucalyptus torellianaF. Muell.,Eucalyptus citriodoraHook, andEucalyptus tereticornisSmith were analyzed using Kovats indices and GC/MS. The main components identified inE. torellianawere α-pinene (19%), p-cymene (14%) and spathulenol (17%). The oil ofE. citriodoracould be an interesting natural source of citronellal (66%). The major components of the essential oil ofE. tereticorniswere the farnesol geometric isomers: (E,E)-farnesol (57%), (E,Z)-farnesol (13%) and (Z,Z)-farnesol (8%).
