摘要:
Pandanus fascicularis(keora) oil was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Besides the well-known major constituent, 2-phenylethyl methyl ether (75.0%) which is responsible for the characteristic aroma of keora, the other major compound unreported so far is terpinen-4-ol (15.2%).

摘要:
The volatile components ofAristolochia impudicawere analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Forty-three compounds were identified representing 89.65% of the oil. The major constituents were α-bisabolol (22.98%) and germacrene A (18.40%).

摘要:
Essential oils, obtained by hydrodistillation of the leaves, stem bark and fruits ofLitsea cubebagrowing in northeastern India, were investigated by GC. Linalool (78.3%), citronellol (41.27%) and citronellal (76.55%) were the major components of the leaf, stem bark and fruit oils respectively. Because the leaf oil was richer in linalool than normally encountered, this represents an additional chemotype ofL. cubeba.

The steam distilled essential oil obtained inl. 3% yield from root of Carlina thistle(Carlina acaulisL., Asteraceae) growing in Serbia was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The major compound was benzyl 2-furylacetylene (97.2%).

摘要:
The leaf oil ofPectis prostrataCav. of Cuban origin has been analyzed by a combination of capillary gas chromatography and GC/MS. The oil contained more than 40 constituents of which 24 have been identified. The main constituents found were limonene (16.20%) and perillaldehyde (70.74%).

摘要:
Water-distilled essential oils from leaves and leafy branches ofAloysia triphyllacultivated in Turkey were analyzed by GC/MS. Sixty-nine compounds were identified with citral (17.9% and 27.1%) and limonene (14.8% and 18.6%) as major constituents.
