AbstractDie Synthese von 4‐Methoxyphenyl‐[5‐methyl‐6‐(2‐(4‐morpholinyl)‐ethyl)‐6H‐thieno[2,3‐b]pyrrol‐4‐yl]methanon (1), einem Thiophenanalogon des Analgeticums Pravadolin (B), wird beschrieben. AbstractEs wird über die Synthese potentieller Antiöstrogene vom Typ des 1,2‐Diphenyl‐1‐pyridyl‐but‐1‐ens berichtet. AbstractThe title compound is the main metabolite of the anthelmintic agent praziquantel. The synthesis orcis‐ andtrans‐4‐OH derivatives (as well as their enantiomers) of praziquantel is described. Thus, racemic, (+)‐ and (‐)‐pyrazinoisoquinolin‐4‐one (1) was reacted either with 4‐oxocyclohexane carboxylic acid chloride or with 4‐oxocyclohexane carboxylic acid in the presence of DCC to give the racemic, (+)‐ and (‐)‐ketone2. AbstractThe inhibition of aminopeptidase B by D‐ and L‐penicillamine and D‐ and L‐cysteine is reported. All these α‐amino‐β‐mercapto acids inhibit moderately this enzyme, with IC50values in the 10−4range. This inhibition was not reversed by Zn2+ions, but a synergistic effect was observed. A similar effect took place by the combined use of D‐penicillamine and Fe2+, Ca2+or Ni2+salts, but not with copper salts. AbstractTwenty‐four triamines and three tetramines were synthesized. Seventeen triamines inhibited platelet aggregation induced by collagen at a concentration below 10 μmol/L (IC50). Ten triamines in a 100 μmolar concentration inhibited fibrin formation induced by thromboplastin by more then 75 %. Both effects do not run parallel.
