摘要:
AbstractEs wurden zwölf Isoxazolidin‐ und drei Pyrazolidin‐3,5‐dione synthetisiert und auf anticoagulante Wirkungen geprüft. Nach einmaliger oraler Verabreichung von 330mg/kg war das 4‐Butenylidenisoxazolidin‐3,5‐dion1hin der Lage, den Prothrombinspiegel bei Ratten nachhaltig (12–48h) auf weniger als 25% der Norm abzusenken. Aus den Ergebnissen wurde gefolgert, daß eine Ringöffnung des Heterocyclus durch nucleophilen Angriff der Vit‐K‐Epoxid‐Reduktase ein essentielles Kriterium für anticoagulante Wirkungen ist. AbstractA differential pulse polarographic method for the determination of some barbiturates is described. The analysis is achieved in 0.05 M borate buffer at pH = 9.30 and based on the formation of insoluble mercury salts of barbiturates. The relationship between the barbiturate concentration and the peak current is linear over the concentration range of 4–100 μM.
