The organization form presented is based on the purposes, goals, and objectives ol an etlectivc nursing education department and the resulting activities. A “temporary systems” approach to tilting the roles necessary in this schema is presented; a grid depicts the interrelationships of these roles and activities. Using this technique an organization can synergislically accomplish its educational tasks.
