摘要:
La tripsina nel produrre le bande sui cromosomi agirebbe sulle proteine dei cromosomi stessi secondo una duplice modalità: per denaturazione prima c per digestione poi. La denaturazione rompendo i legami secondari di idrogeno provoca l'allungamento della molecola proteica, con la conseguente formazione di bande sui cromosomi.

摘要:
A partial solar eclipse on September 11, 1969 markedly affected the locomotor activity of a captive antelope ground squirrel,Ammospermophilus leucurus.Both the amount of activity and the length of non-stop running sessions were much greater than normal during and for two hours after the eclipse. The results suggest that behaviour induced by an eclipse can be more complex than mere retiring and emerging responses.

摘要:
Allo scopo di valutare gli effetti della selezionc disruptiva nel determinare fenomeni di divergenza fenotipica, abbiamo analizzato la struttura genetica di popolazioni diDrosophila melanogasterselezionate per la lunghezza dell'ala. I risultati suggeriscono che l'eterogencità fenotipica risultante dalla selezione disruptiva è determinata geneticamente. Inoltre è stato possibilr individuare manifrstazioni di eterogeneità genetica non rilevabile a livello fenotipico nelle linee selezionate. In paiticolare sono state messe in evidenza interazioni geniche diverse nci componenti le linee selezionate, che sembrano suggerire la possibilità di nuovi schemi di divergenza.
