LetQbe a loop such that the inner permutation groupI(Q) ofQis finite and abelian. The aim of the present note is to show thatQis then centrally nilpotent and no non-trivial primary component ofI(Q) is cyclic. Notice that this is a generalization of [5, 2.1,2.4] and [7, 6.2,6.4], where the mentioned results are proved for finite loops.

摘要:

In this paper, we define weakly linear Buchsbaum modules as a generalization of linear Buchsbaum modules in terms of homological degree. Moreover, we give several fundamental properties of weakly linear Buchsbaum modules and prcve that its associated graded module has a linear free resolution.

We generalize a recent result of Rossi and Valla, and independently Wang, about the depth ofG(m) where m is the maximal ideal of ad-d imensional Cohen-Macaulay local ringRhaving embedding dimesionThe generalization removes the restriction on the embedding dimension and replaces it with the condition thatwhereJis ad-generated minimal reduction ofm. The main theorem also applies tom-primary idealsIsatisfying, whereJis ad-generated reduction ofI. An example of such an / in a 5-dimensional regular local ring is included as a nontrivial illustration of tie theorem.
