摘要:
Certain regularities in associative rings have been known for a long time. Most of these regularities have since been defined for near- rings, as is evident from the examples in paragraph 4. In this paper we shall attempt to develop a general theory of regularities for near- rings. Boos managed to define the concept of a regularity for rings in general in his Ph.D. dissertation [10]. The results in this article is based, in part, on the work done by him in this context.

LetNbe a finiteGCnear-ring. Those near-ringsNsuch thatNis distributilvely generated and (N,+) is solvable are shown to be a direct sum of fields and d.g. ” basic near-rings of size 2“. These basic near-rings of size 2 are characterized. A method for constructing d.g.GCnear-rings is presented. This work gives rise to a class of d.g.GCnear-rings which are not centralizer near-rings.
