摘要:
We show how to compute, based on the Gröbner basis computation, the minimal polynomial ofnpolynomials inn- 1 variables which containn- 1 algebraically independent elements. We apply this result to automorphisms of polynomial rings.We also generalize these to rational functions and obtain a criterion for a rational map of an affne space to be birational.

In this article we prove the equivalence of two definitions of symmetric semigroups, a necessary and sufficient condition for semigroupsto be symmetric and a sufficient condition for non-symmetry of semigroups (4,b,c,c+l), b≡l, c≡2 (mod 4). An upper bound is given for the largest integer which is not in.a semigroup generated by k relative prime positive integers.

The summand containing the highest weight space of a tensor product ofG-modules with restricted highest weights is studied.It is shown that for certain tensor products these summands are partial tilting modules for the algebraic group.

For a nonassociative algebraRover a fieldk, we give a necessary and sufficient condition determining whensl2(R) is a Lie algebra and call suchRsl2-Lie admissible.IfRissl2-Lie admissible and chark ≠2,sl2(R)is the universal covering algebra ofsl2(R), andH2(sl2(R),k) is studied.IfRis associative, we characterizeH2(sl2(R),k)and ProveH2(sl2(R),k) →H2(sl3(R),k) is surjective (not necessarily injective).Also, a class ofsl2-Lie admissible algebras is constructed and as a byproduct, we get a realization of the Heisenberg Lie algebras.
