摘要:
AbstractThis paper reports the performance of a DB‐1 fused‐silica capillary column for analysis of mixtures of methoxime‐trimethylsilyl ether (MO‐TMS) derivatives of human urinary steroid extracts. DB‐1 is a non‐extractable bonded phase, equivalent in polarity to SE‐30 and OV‐1. In addition, a small reversed‐phase Sep‐Pak C18cartridge is used for extraction of steroid conjugates from urine, and for the extraction of freed steroids liberated by hydrolysis. AbstractOpianic acid reacts with various hydrazines to yield either hydrazone (3, 6) or phthalazinone (4) derivatives depending upon the electronic properties of the substituent attached to the hydrazine molecule. Oxidative cyclization of opianic acid aroylhydrazones with iodine and yellow mercuric oxide gave the 1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives21. The aroylhydrazones were also condensatively cyclized by heating with acetic anhydride to give the 1,3,4‐oxadiazoline derivatives24. AbstractBy means of spectroscopic analysis, X‐ray crystallography and chemical correlation the heartwood of Taiwan hemlock was found to contain compounds of sterols, carboxylic acids, 13‐epimanool,omethoxyphenolics, coniferaldehyde, benzofuranoid neolignan, α‐conidendrin, tsugacetal, isolariciresinol, secoisolariciresinol, matairesinol, hydroxymatairesinol and oxomatairesinol.
