AbstractReaction of 6‐mercapto‐7H‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐d]tetrazole (1) wtih 1,2‐phenylenediamine affordedN‐{7H‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐d]tetrazol‐6‐yl}‐1,2‐phenylenediamine which was cyclized to benzimidazolyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐d]tetrazoles using various one‐carbon cyclizing agents. 摘要:
AbstractA convenient and useful esterification was realized, and this reaction proceeded without a dehydrating reagent or water removal equipment. A series ofortho‐hydroxyphenyl carboxylic acids and benzoic acids were transformed to their corresponding methyl esters under CAN/CH3OH reaction conditions. Whereas in an aprotic solvent, acetonitrile,sp3‐Ctetheredortho‐hydroxyphenyl carboxylic acids undergo simultaneouso,p‐dinitration and intramolecular esterification reactions in good yields. Also, 2‐((1E)‐2‐nitrovinyl)‐4‐nitro‐phenol (3e) showed selective cytotoxicities toward MCF‐7, HEP G2, and HEP 3B cell lines with IC50values of 23.50, 7.33, and 7.5

AbstractFive new flavonol glycosides characterized as syringetin 3‐O‐α‐rhamnoside‐7‐O‐β‐glucoside, syringetin 3‐O‐α‐rhamnoside‐7,4′‐di‐O‐β‐glucoside, quercetin‐7‐O‐β‐galactosyl (1→3)‐β‐galactoside, myricetin 3‐O‐α‐rhamnosyl (1→4)‐β‐galactoside and myricetin 3‐O‐β‐glucosyl (1→2)‐β‐glucoside‐7‐O‐β‐glucosyl‐(1→4)‐α‐rhamnoside have been isolated from a methanolic extract ofEmbelia keniensisleaves.
