摘要:
AbstractThis paper deals with the growth of coloured zirconium oxide crystals, cubic stabilized with yttrium oxide. The host material–zirconia–is colourless. To generate colourations minor concentrations of 3d‐ and 4f‐elements are incorporated into the lattice. The resulting colours are dependent on the ions' valence and the local crystal symmetry. AbstractFollowing the chemical reaction method pure and doped lead hydrogen phosphate single crystals were grown in silica gel using different gel density, various concentrations of phosphoric acid, and lead nitrate solutions. 摘要:
AbstractThe radial selectivity of in‐situ core‐doped Cr, Nd: LiNbO3crystal rods, grown by the double die EFG (edge‐defined film fed growth) method, has been investigated. Two crucibles are combined with an outer and inner die for ascending of different doped melts. The critical growth parameters affected by the diffusion depended spreading effect of the dopant within the melt meniscus have been estimated. The first experimental tests show a good agreement with the theoretical prediction.
