摘要:
ABSTRACT:Oral manifestations of cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) have received little attention in the dermatologic literature. The authors report two patients with lingual lesions. The histologic features are similar to those of the glabrous skin. A review of the 22 previously reported cases indicate a shortened survival. A retrospective review of 82 patients with CTCL treated at the authors' medical center identified only three with oral involvement. Radiation therapy offers effective palliation for these lesions.

ABSTRACT:Spring eruption of the ears is a distinctive photodermatosis characterized by the onset of papules and vesicles on the light‐exposed helix of the ears that usually develop in the early spring months and mainly affect juvenile males. Histologically the picture evolves according to evolutionary stage of the lesions from a nodular dermal inflammatory infiltrate in papular lesions to subepidermal blisters in vesicles.
