摘要:
Infrared spectra of free molecules of 4-nitroaniline, 2-chloro- and 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroanilines and theirH-bonded complexes (1:1) with acetonitrile, dimethylformamide, dimethyl-sulphoxide and hexamethylphosphortriamide have been investigated in spectral region of aminogroup stretching vibrations inCCl4medium. Spectral characteristics of absorbtion bands of monomers and spectral moments of absorbtion bands ofH-bonded complexes have been determined.

摘要:
Two-dimensional1H exchange spectroscopy has been applied to the studies of imidazole binding to cytochromec.The magnetization exchange rate constants, the substitution reaction rate constants and the equilibrium constants have been evaluated. Some resonances of imidazole substituted forms (Im-cytc) have been assigned by 2D exchange NMR. The observed hyperfine shifts of heme methyl groups of Im-cytcand cytchave been corrected for contact and dipolar contributions. The detailed analysis of these results indicates that the axial ligands and their orientations, and the substituents of heme are important determinants of the electronic structure of the heme in cytcand its derivatives.

摘要:
Mercury(II) complexes of some pyrimidine derivatives were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and spectral measurements. The1H n.m.r and i.r. spectra show the ligands to be in the keto form. Thermal analysis and electrical conductivity measurements of the complexes were investigated in the temperature range 30–250°C. The results indicate slight semiconducting behaviour. The disparity in the activation energy values, ΔE as calculated from the slopes of the linear parts of the electrical conductivity curves is due to the difference in the concentration of the imperfections contained in the different types of the complexes.

摘要:
FT-IR, FT-Raman and High Resolution NMR spectra of 3-phenyl-2-thiopyruvic acid (PTPA) have been measured in solution and in the solid state. Spectral assignments were carried out by referring to data of PTPA derivatives including para-substituted PTPA's, PTPA-d5and PTPA disulfide. All of the spectral evidences coherently point out that PTPA exists exclusively as the ene-thiol form both in solution and in the solid state. Detailed spectral features of PTPA were discussed in comparison with those of phenylpyruvic acid.

Influences of atomisation temperatures on the characteristic mass of thallium in the graphite furnace with the V-shaped boat were studied. The theoretical values of characteristic mass for thallium in the region of temperature (1800–2700 K) were calculated. The experimental results show that the calculated atomization efficiency (βa) of Tl in the pyrocoated graphite tube with the V-shaped boat and the Pd and the ammonium salt of EDTA as a matrix modifier is close to 100% for all temperatures (1800–2500 K). The analytical method on the basis of the calculated value of characteristic mass for the determination of thallium by furnace with the V-shaped boat using the Pd and the ammonium salt of EDTA as a matrix modifier is described. It was found that there were no interferences from 0.1 mol/dm3HC104, 40 μg/ml of Na (NaCl), Ca (CaCl2), Si (Na2SiO3) and K (KNO3) in the presence of 10 μg/ml Pd and 2% (v/v) ammonium salt of EDTA. The proposed method applied to determination of thallium in the drainage sediment and geochemical reference samples and the results of sample analyses were a good agreement with the expected values.
