摘要:
13C NMR proton noise and single frequency off-resonance decoupled spectra were obtained for a series of 4-substitutedN-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-benzamides. The various carbon resonances have been assigned on the basis of the chemical shift theory, multiplicities observed in partially coupled spectra, signal intensities, additivity rules, and by comparison with structurally related compounds. When the substituent parameters of Swain and Lupton were plotted against the δC˭O′ a reasonable correlation (r = 0.94) was found.

摘要:
A number of 3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones and 4(3H)-quinazollnones and their thiono analogues were recorded with high resolution1H NMR 400 MHz spectrometer. The magnetic anisotropic effect of (C˭O) and (C˭S) groups was also discussed. The study of1H NMR chemical shift correlated to 2-D PHR allowed the complete assignment of such structure. The introduction of sulphur atom has influenced remarkably the chemical shift of H5of the benzeniod moiety as well as the chemical shift of the two ortho protons of the phenyl group.

The IR and Raman Spectra of pentaiododimercurate (II) and octaiodotrimercurate (II) anionic complexes have been obtained in the solid state and interpreted in terms of halogen-bridged structures. Spectroscopic and chemical evidences support a dimeric structure for the pentaiododimercurate (II) anion.

摘要:
A microwave-induced, atmospheric pressure active nitrogen plasma has been investigated as an atom reservoir for laser-induced ionlzation spectrometry. Discrete analyte samples were introduced into the active nitrogen plasma by a microarc atomizer. Both laser-enhanced ionizatlon (LEI) and dual laser ionlzation (DLI) were carried out in the plasma plume that extended from the Beenakker cavity.

摘要:
A noninvasive stability-indicating assay method utilizing Fourier Transform-Infrared/Attenuated Total Reflectance (FT-IR/ATR) Spectrometry for the determination of propylene carbonate in pharmaceutical formulations is described. The linearity of propylene carbonate response was studied by use of its carbonyl stretching frequency after spectral subtractions were performed to remove interfering bands. Analyses were performed on aqueous solutions of propylene carbonate, an aqueous cream formulation, and an anhydrous ointment spiked with propylene carbonate.

摘要:
The phase conjugation of degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) was observed by irradiating an excimer laser pumped dye laser to iodine/benzene solution. It is confirmed that the generated light intensity shows guadratic proportion to the absorbance of solution.

The 60 MHz1H NMR spectra of racemic ketazolam, 1, have been studied at 28° in CDCl3solution with the achiral reagent tris(6,6,7,7,8,8,8-heptafluoro-2,2-dimethyl-3,5-octanedionato)europium(III), 2 and the chiral reagent tris[3-(heptafluoropropylhydroxymethyl- ene)-d-camphoratoleuropium(III),3. Dramatic differences in lanthanide-induced shifts,Δδ, were observed for the diastereotopic CH2protons with either added2or1. Differences in these Δδ valuest as well as differences in lanthanide-induced line broadening and in enantiomeric shift differences (observed with3) are interpreted in terms of a relatively rigid preferred conformation of1. Assignments for the CH2protons are made. Direct optical purity determinations for samples oflshould be possible by use of3, based on resonances for either of the CH2protons or the allylic CH3.
