摘要:
The electronic spectral properties of several compounds containing nitroso group (4-bromo-2-nitrosophenol,4-aldehydo-2-nitroso phenol,4-acetyl-2-nitrosophenol,4-carboxy-2-nitrosophenol, nitroso-pyrogallol, nitoso salicylic acid and nitroso gallic acid) were investigated in presence of different solvents and different pH's. The pK's values were determined and related with the molecular structure of the compounds. The electronic transitions and the nature of the hydrogen bond were assigned. The phenomena of tautomerism was explained.

摘要:
A simple, accurate and specific proton magnetic resonance (PMR) procedure was developed for the assay of cloxacillin sodium and cloxacillin in combined cloxacillin-ampicillin dosage forms. The average recovery of the authentic drug and in capsules were 100.16 ± 0.53 and 100.48 ± 1.08 respectively. Reproducible results were obtained when the drug was determined in the combined cloxacillin - ampicillin capsules

The intermolecular influence on dipole moment function is evaluated for O-H bond of t-butanol in different nonpolar solvents at temperatures ranging from 10° to 60°C employing IR band intensities of fundamental and first overtone bands. Two sets of dipole moment derivatives have been calculated corresponding to – and +- combinations of the transition moment matrix elements R10and R20, the values for ++ and -+ combinations are equal in magnitude to those for - and +- combinations, respectively and opposite in signs. In general the dipole moment derivatives increase on lowering the temperature as well as with increasing molecular interactions with the solvent molecules. Dipole moment plots with dimensionless coordinate ξ [=(r-re)/re, where r and reare internuclear distances during vibration and at equilibrium, respectively] are reported for various systems considered. It is found that for +- combination the dipole moment maximum shifts to higher internuclear distances when polarisation of the solute molecules is increased by lowering of temperature or increase in molecular interactions between solute and solvent molecules. A reverse trend is observed for – combination.- The OH band of t-butanol vapor has been measured.

摘要:
For the lifetimes of luminescence essentially exceeding the mean period of free molecular rotation the manifestation of intramolecular orientation of absorption and emission transition dipole moments and of the principal inertia moments relation in the polarization of one- and two-photon excited luminescence and circularly polarized luminescence is analyzed. The degree of polarization of dinaphtho [2, 1-b; 1′, 2′-d] furan, BPO, dibenz [def, mno] chrysene, triphendioxazine and perixanthenoxanthene diluted vapor fluorescence is measured and by comparison of experimental and calculated values the intramolecular orientation of fluorescent transition dipole moment is found.
