摘要:
The fluoroapatite minerals, Ca5-F(PO4)3usually contain some hydroxyis, instead of fluorine. From infrared spectra it was concluded, that there are weak hydrogen bonds OH … F along apatite hexagonal axis1. In order to receive more detailed information about the character of F−and OH−bonds with the nearest atoms in apatites we studied the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of protons and fluorines in natural apatite single crystal, in which approximately 15% of fluorines is substituted by hydroxyis.

摘要:
ESR spectra of copper (II) was measured in 33 copper complexes which were synthesized in this laboratory and the bonding parameter α2of copper was calculated according to the method proposed by Kivelson.(1)The results of these calculations are classified, together with the data quoted from the literature,1-5into four groups according to the kinds of ligand atoms, i.e., α2is 0.72 to 0.87 for 04- type complexes, 0.69 to 0.86 in N2O2, 0.74 to 0.82 in N4, and 0.54 to 0.62 in S4and S23N2type complexes, where 0, H and S refer the oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur atoms of ligands, respectively, that directly coordinate with copper.

Since the original paper by Hercules1describing the electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) of aromatic hydrocarbons in aprotic solvents, several publications2-9have dealt with the mechanisms of the phenomenon. Some work has also been concerned with possible analytical applications and concentration-intensity relationships have been discussed11-13.

摘要:
The 4s orbital of sulfur has been studied by semiempirical calculations on the H2S molecule. Overlap population, overlap energy, dipole moment, and oscillator strengths are computed as functions of the orbital exponent of the Slater type 4s orbital, with and without 3d orbitals. The 4s orbital contracts from what is expected for the free atom, but remains essentially Rydberg in character.
