摘要:
During the past decade, various types of DC are plasma jet, as a new light source, have been developed for emission spectroscopy, The investigated light source has a horizontal graphite cathode and an axial graphite anode. In nitrogen plasma jet, this source is characterized by unstable plasma flame and intense CN band emission caused by the formation of cyanogen flame. In this work, argon was used as a plasma gas for the improvement of stability on a flame and the suppression of interference by CN band emission. Further, deeolvation system combined with ultrasonic nebulizer was investigated.

摘要:
Chemical shift assignments are made for the carbon atoms of the uracil-bisulfite adduct by use of specific labeling with deuterium and carbon-13. The signals of the analogous adducts from 5-chlorouracil and the pharmacologically important 5-fluorouracil are assigned.

摘要:
The infrared spectra of three derivatives of 1,3,5,8-Tetra-azanaphthalene viz., 3-Methyl-8-hydroxyethyl-lumazine, 6,7,8-Trimethyllumazine and 2-Dimethylamino-6,7-diphenylpterine have been determined in the region 400–4000 cm−1and correlated. Band assignments of these complex molecules are discussed in relation to those of naphthalene, azanaphthalenes and their derivatives. The shifs occuring in symmetric and antisymmetric stretching and symmetric deformation frequencies of C-H in methyl group when attached to the nitrogen have been examined in relation to the structure of the molecules. A strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding in 3-Methyl-8-hydroxy ethyl lumazine and 2-Dimethylamino-6,7-diphenyl pterine has been observed.

摘要:
During the course of investigating the anticancer activities of new compounds, we have synthesized a series of novel cyclic N-hydroxyurea derivatives and several carbamate intermediates1–3. Infrared absorption, nuclear magnetic resonance, and electronic absorption spectra were examined in order to confirm the identities and to study the molecular structure of these compounds.
