摘要:
The histological features in liver biopsy specimens from seven patients with acute exacerbation of chronic type B hepatitis were analysed. In all the cases typical changes of acute hepatitis were superimposed on signs of chronicity, namely peripheral piecemeal necrosis, plasma cell infiltration and porto‐portal bridges, which in three cases contained elastic fibres. Reactivation of silent hepatitis B virus chronic infection should be considered as a possible diagnosis in any patient with histological findings of acute and chronic hepatiti

摘要:
The finding of immunoreactivity to desmin in eccrine sweat glands is reported. Two monoclonal anti‐desmin antibodies of the same clone (33) produced a distinct positivity in the secretory cells of the sweat glands in 15/16 biopsies. No immunoreactivity for desmin was found in control sections from apocrine sweat glands, salivary, mammary, prostate and lacrimal gland

摘要:
A case of cutaneous gangrene in association with secondary hyperparathyroidism is described. Histology of a skin ulcer showed medial calcification of small blood vessels with superimposed thrombosis. The patient's skin lesions have not recurred after medical therapy and parathyroidectomy.
